Overview

EzTrade Client provides your trading partners, both large and small, with the ability to integrate with your forms based XML EzTrade system. The EzTrade Client software is free to all of your trading partners.

How EzTrade Client works. Once installed, the EzTrade Client software provides a visual interface for your trading partners to manage, integrate and monitor their trading activities and history. When the EzTrade client is started, it automatically downloads your authorized form set for each trading partner. It displays these available forms and allows the trading partner to perform a variety of activates based on their automation level.

Fully automated business partners can make use of the integrated mapping wizards to fully integrate your forms into their database, ensuring that they can trade with you cost effectively and efficiently. As new transactions are created in their business system, they can be automatically sent to you, requiring little or no human interaction depending on the options selected in the EzTrade Client. Transactions can, in addition, be created and viewed manually. The EzTrade client software maintains a complete history along with send and receive dates and confirmations so your trading partners will always know exactly what you have received and when. Automated trading partners can make use off all of the EzTrade Client's features if required.

These features include a wealth of functions and activities designed for trading partners without a high level of automation. This includes the ability to view individual transactions historically or as they are received. Transactions are shown in a user-friendly format that looks exactly like the forms that you designed using EzTrade EzForms Designer. This means that all of your business partners, both large and small, can send and receive transactions regardless f their company's size. One of the drawbacks to EDI and other e-commerce systems is that they were primarily designed for computer-to-computer communications leaving out the human element. With the EzTrade system both computer-to-computer and human-to-computer communication is efficient and effective. Forms are easily readable and manageable by both. This provides you with the ability to expand the number of trading partners you are doing business with without requiring them to make large technology investments.
