You claim EzTrade can be up and running in hours, how is this
possible? The EzTrade system is a complete trading solution. All you need to do is buy and install the server
software. Actually installation time will vary depending on your exact
needs. Servers typically require about 30 minutes or less to
install the EzTrade Server software. Once your Server software is
installed you can begin trading. Custom forms can be created for
sending and receiving any type of content. The complexity of your
custom forms may vary. Depending on the form, it can take as
little as 5-10 minutes to create. More complex forms require
additional time create due to the complexity of your business
rules.
Who Controls Trading Rights and decides who can trade with
me? You do. EzTrade provides you with the ability to Grant,
Lock Out and Suspend trading rights for anyone who is trading with you. With EzTrade you are in total control. When a
trading partner wishes to trade with you you are automatically sent a
request to trade (RTT). Once you receive a RTT you can
decide if you want to trade with the specified trading partner or not, and even
set an account expiration date and rights. In addition you can specify the
internal customer number that will be used for importing
traded documents into your business system.
What firewall settings are required? None. EzTrade
Server use HTTP and HTTPS. If the user or trading partner can browse the internet
over their firewall then they can automatically use the EzTrade Client
Software.
Exactly How Does EzTrade Work? The master trading partner
installs the EzTrade Server software on top of Microsofts' IIS and then
creates and publishes any custom forms that they wish to trade using
EzForms. The master trading partner then tells their potential trading
partners to download the EzTrade Client Software. Once the client
software has been downloaded and installed. the clients can send you a
request to trade by entering your web address on the Trading Partner
Settings. When potential trading partners send you a request to
trade you can start trading with them as you see fit. You have
Full control.
Is It Scalable? Yes. EzTrade uses the features and
functions of IIS to allow you a fully integrated, scalable web
solution. EzTrade runs on top of IIS to give you the document
trading functionality. The web services are provided by the IIS
product from Microsoft.
Are There Hidden Charges? No. The Master trading partner
pays for the EzTrade Server Software and the right to trade with their
trading partners. Client trading partners do not pay any
additional fees and there are no Value Added Network or Hidden
Charges. Master Trading partners are required to comply with the
appropriate licensing requirements for any products that they use in conjunction
with the EzTrade Product. By obtaining an EzTrade Server license
you are not being granted any licenses for other manufacturers
products including Microsoft's Windows or IIS. You must obtain
those licenses directly from your Software Vendor or authorized
reseller.
What about security? EzTrade uses a proprietary data encryption
algorithm and HTTPS (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure your data is safe.
